PILATES

The Pilates method originally derived from New York and Joseph Pilates, starting with the New York ballet school as his clients.

 

Through the decades Pilates has grown and evolved. Pilates is now a popular method of improving lumbo pelvic control working on core strength, flexibility and balance.

 

Our Pilates instructor focuses on the return of normal movement in a safe environment, where a client centred approach ensures you meet your goals. Adding resistance and adjusting intensity of sessions for each clients individual needs.

 

Smaller classes enable focus and attention to specific injuries, educating the client and enhancing the clients confidence in their return to regular exercise. We offer beginner classes starting with a 1.1 with our instructor prior to joining one of our classes.
